Usage Instructions: Step 1. To clean, dry nails, start by applying OPI Base Coat, pushing back your cuticles. Step 2. For a perfect polish, apply one brush stroke from the center of the nail down, then one brush stroke on each side of the nail. Step 3. Then, apply a second coat of nail polish, pulling the color towards the tips of the nails. Step 4. Give shine, fix and protect with a single coat of OPI Top Coat, covering the nail tips. Step 5.
